To manage project costs, prepare BOQs, estimates, and contracts, ensuring that interior decoration projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and profitability.

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for interior projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Provide cost planning and advice during design development.
• Monitor project budgets and highlight cost variances.
• Contracts & Procurement
• Prepare and review contracts, quotations, and subcontractor agreements.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for cost-effectiveness.
• Support procurement with accurate material quantities and cost data.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
• Project Monitoring
• Track project expenses and prepare periodic cost reports.
• Conduct site visits to verify measurements and progress.
• Certify contractor and subcontractor payments based on work progress.
• Support project team in value engineering and cost-saving alternatives.
• Final Accounts & Compliance
• Prepare final accounts and project close-out reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation for audit and future reference.
   

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in interior decoration, fit-out, or construction).
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, estimation, and contract administration.
• Experience working with both material suppliers and subcontractors.
