An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Assist in developing new bakery products, including bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and frozen bakery items,etc.
Improve existing products by enhancing taste, texture, appearance, shelf life, and production efficiency.
Conduct recipe formulation, ingredient evaluation, and product trials.
Coordinate pilot-scale and factory-scale production trials.
Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Procurement, Sales, and Marketing teams during product development.
Research new ingredients, food trends, processing technologies, and packaging innovations.
Ensure all products comply with food safety regulations, GMP, HACCP, and company quality standards.
Prepare product specifications, formulations, SOPs, and production instructions.
Analyze product costs and recommend cost optimization without compromising quality.
Handle product stability testing and shelf-life evaluation.
Support customer complaint investigations related to product quality.
Maintain all R&D documentation and confidentiality of formulations.
Train production staff on new product manufacturing processes.
Support continuous improvement projects and innovation initiatives.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
