Exera is Myanmar's leading security company providing risk management, consultancy, integrated security, secure logistics, facilities management and cash solutions services.  The Regional Security Manager (RSM) works to control, inspect and manage the different sites where we provide security guarding services in Yangon, in order to ensure a high level of quality within our staff.
• Medium-advanced computer skills with Microsoft office, emails and the Internet
• Autonomous et able to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment
• Strong and proven human leadership and discipline skills are mandatory
• At least 5 years of management experience
• Experience supervising and evaluating the staff, with the ability to lead and motivate others
• Willingness to travel within Yangon and on some occasions work during weekend
• Previous working experience in security or military related fields.

• Medium-advanced computer skills with Microsoft office, emails and the Internet
• Autonomous et able to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment
• Bachelor degree education supplemented with experience and/or additional education

• Management and leadership skills mandatory, in security fields preferable.

  Security knowledge or Ex-army-forces is an asset.

• English good knowledge in both oral and written, mandatory

  Myanmar Fluent in both oral and written.

• Experience utilizing computers including word processing, spreadsheet is an asset.
