Achieve area sales targets and drive sales development in the assigned territory.
Perform daily shop visits according to the approved visit plan.
Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.
Communicate with shop store owners, arrange appointments, and actively promote products.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and marketing activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide daily reports and submit feedback to management on product performance and customer needs.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Accounts, Operations teams) to ensure smooth operations.

Good knowledge of the local market and customer network.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented attitude and able to work under pressure.
Must be able to work with team members and travel locally.
