A Linn Eain Home Center, a leading retailer of construction materials, electrical products, furniture, and home improvement solutions in Myawaddy, Kayin State, is expanding its operations and seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Leader to drive business growth and lead our sales and marketing initiatives.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management and development
• Solid understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Brand Management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Candidates with experience in Home Centers, Construction Materials, Furniture, Electrical Products, or Retail Businesses will be given preference
