  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and secure new construction projects and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors.
  • Lead, supervise, and coach the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with the Operations, Estimation, and technical teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and site visits.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Maintain the customer database and follow up on potential clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Must know the area well.
  • Ability to research and learn about relevant products, and read and understand English product catalogues.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Proficient in English.
