Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Supervisor to drive customer growth, strengthen market presence, and support interior decoration sales initiatives in Mandalay. You will lead daily sales activities, coordinate promotions, and help achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to generate leads and increase revenue.
● Build strong client relationships and support customers throughout the sales process.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to improve strategy.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and timely service.
● Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and campaign results.
● Support promotional activities, product presentation, and brand visibility efforts.

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
● Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in interior design, decoration, or related industries.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
● Ability to supervise daily sales activities and work toward targets with minimal guidance.
● Good understanding of market development, lead generation, and promotional planning.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare clear reports and follow up records.
● Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience level: Experienced Non-Manager.
