- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's sales objectives.

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.

- Manage and expand the distribution network, including distributors, wholesalers, and retail customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.

- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

- Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.

- Perform other duties assigned by the Management.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales and Marketing Supervisor or in a similar position.

- Experience in tissue products, FMCG, or distribution business is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of the Yangon tissue market and distribution channels.

- Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- Honest, hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

- Willing to travel throughout Myanmar for business purposes.
