A Great Opportunity for ...

Identify and develop private school customers across assigned areas.
Contact schools and arrange appointments for sales visits.
Understand schools’ needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Build and maintain good relationships with school founders, principals, teachers, and other decision-makers.
Maintain accurate records of school visits, customer information, sales activities, and follow-up status.
Manage and update the sales pipeline and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
Work toward and achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Support the sales team in developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Participate in webinars, seminars, school events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer communication and order follow-up.
Monitor market feedback, competitor activities, and customer needs, and report important information to the Sales Manager.
Travel to different regions of Myanmar for customer meetings, school visits, seminars, and other business activities when required.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B sales, education sales, publishing, EdTech, or a related industry.
Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate professionally with school founders, school owners, principals, teachers, and decision-makers.
Able to identify potential schools, make appointments, conduct sales visits, and follow up with customers.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and sales data management.
Able to maintain customer information, sales records, and pipeline data accurately.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
Willing to travel within Myanmar for sales visits when required.
Able to work independently as well as support and coordinate with the sales team.
