  • Following up with all the customers for given quotations through regular visits, discussing, driving, encouraging, and negotiating to win the projects.
  • Recording customer information data to build the customer network.
  • Developing junior sales executives through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Preparing daily and monthly reports.

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma of Engineering or Technology.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.

  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies & building customer networks.
  • Ability to communicate with the English language – written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build good customer care and have negotiation, problem-solving & time management skills.
  • Must have enthusiasm and passion for promoting one of the instruments below.
    • Land Surveying Instrument.
    • Soil, Concrete & Asphalt Testing Instrument.
    • Environmental Testing Instruments such as air-water quality, weather, and horticulture.
    • Lab & Scientific Testing Instrument.
    • Geophysical and Earth Exploration Instrument.
