Key Responsibility  

• Identify and qualify leads, prospects, and potential clients in target markets.
• Conduct research to understand client needs, project requirements, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and solutions to meet client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations, close sales, and achieve revenue targets in line with company objectives.
• Provide technical support and expertise to clients throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about product developments, industry standards, and competitive landscape.
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share insights to enhance sales effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or technical sales roles, preferably in the electrical industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
