Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Effectiveness (New & Renewed)

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Logiscool products and methods.
  • Master presentation and closing skills to meet sales targets.
  • Prepare and execute a monthly sales plan for maximum impact.
  • Conduct consultations, coordinate placement tests, and ensure proper follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records in the school information system.
  • Guide new students in using school applications and engage with parents to build trust.

2. Customer Service

  • Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout their journey.
  • Address concerns proactively and act on feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  • Report important feedback, complaints, and prospects to the School Manager.
  • Prepare and distribute necessary materials for students.
  • Support the school in resolving unexpected issues during class hours.

3. Event Coordination

  • Assist in preparing materials and supporting external events as assigned.
  • Provide consultation at events and assist with extracurricular activities when available.

4. General Administration

  • Manage school assets, materials, and general purchases.
  • Maintain a tidy, safe, and hygienic school environment.
  • Handle daily cash collection and bank deposits per school procedures.

5. Collaboration

  • Foster strong teamwork between sales and academic teams.
  • Attend required meetings and support cross-functional collaboration.

    Required Competencies:

    • Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
    • Sales and customer service experience preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and time management.
    • Availability for shift work( especially Saturaday and Sunday)
    • Minimum 2 years working experiences in Sales and customer services
