● Support end-to-end execution of brand programmes across mono-brand and multi-branded retail channels.
● Ensure programme implementation aligns with approved policies, standards, and timelines.
● Coordinate programme rollouts and act as the main point of contact for channel partners.
● Communicate programme requirements, eligibility, and compliance clearly to partners.
● Track partner progress and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely execution.
● Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
● Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as required.
● Ensure effective information flow between brand principals, internal teams, and partners.
● Support retail initiative deployment and ensure branding and execution meet brand standards.
● Conduct market checks, maintain programme documentation, and support audits and reviews.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● 3–6 years of experience in channel sales, programme management, or brand operations (consumer electronics preferred).
● Prior exposure to premium or global brand programmes is an advantage.
● Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
● Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution discipline.
● Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

● Fluent in English with professional working proficiency.
