Seek customer business opportunities and market demand by visiting loyal accounts (fleet owners, industrial plants, workshops, construction/mining sites) and monitoring competitor activities in the region.

Review current customers' lubricant application practices and resolve difficulties in their operation, especially regarding oil grade mismatches, contamination, or fluid maintenance issues.

Lead sales team to perform market surveys as a part of their regular reporting related to market movements, competitor pricing, and product comparison in the lubricant industry.

Develop sales team capabilities by encouraging their willingness to learn and improve product knowledge, oil specifications, OEM approvals, and practical application know-how across various industries.

Create new market segments and potential customer bases by providing technical, professional, and operational functions such as lubricant seminars, product shows, customer demonstration events, and oil sampling programs.

Set up meetings with potential customers, address their wishes and concerns, and ensure the availability of stock for lubricant sales and trial demonstrations.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Review lost sales in the past with sound root cause analysis and forecast future demand to revise sales targets with HOD's approval.

Summarize sales forecast, current and future market situation, and competitor product reports to the Sales Manager.

Participate on behalf of the company in industrial exhibitions, engineering trade shows, or commercial conferences.
