Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (SMEs, startups, and enterprises).
• Present and promote our digital marketing services (such as social media management, SEO, advertising, and branding).
• Understand client needs and propose suitable marketing solutions.
• Follow up with leads, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to deliver client requirements smoothly.
• Keep records of sales activities, client communications, and market trends.

Requirements

• Certificate or diploma in Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
• 1 ~ 2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in digital marketing, media, or advertising).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).
• Experience with CRM tools or digital marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing Services
• Understanding of branding and content strategy.
