Manage and grow sales in Modern Trade channels (malls, supermarkets, wholesale markets)
Supervise and support sales representatives and merchandisers
Ensure product availability, display, pricing, and in-store promotions
Achieve sales targets and monitor sales performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and store management
Coordinate promotions, displays, and in-store activities
Track competitor activities and market trends
Prepare sales reports and market feedback

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
Must have 2–4 years of sales experience in Modern Trade (mall, supermarket, wholesale market)
Experience in supervising a sales team
Good communication and negotiation skills
Computer and reporting skills
Able to travel and work in the field
Able to communicate in basic English to work with the Thai team is a Plus
