- To lead, guide and motivate sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Organizing workflow and ensuring that sales team members understand their duties and delegated tasks
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- To handle customer complaint in timely and professional manners
- Track daily, weekly and monthly sales performance
- Advise to the management of significant market information and report product ideas

- Should have at least 5 years of supervisor level at Modern Trade Sales.

- Must have professional experience at Super Market Field.

- Must have driving license and able to drive well.

- Must have higher responsibilities and can work smartly.

- Working time: Mon to Sat (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

- Sunday and Public Holidays Off
