...a hands-on SAP Functional Consultant specializing in MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution) to join our team. If you have end-to-end implementation experience and enjoy optimizing logistics processes using SAP standard functionality, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops with business users, gather requirements, and perform Fit-Gap analysis against SAP standard processes

• Independently configure SAP MM and SD modules, including organizational structures, purchasing and sales document types, inventory management, pricing procedures, shipping, and billing

• Prepare Functional Specifications (FSD) for RICEFW objects when enhancements are required, ensuring optimal use of standard SAP functionality

• Lead and support testing activities (UT, UAT), data migration, and go-live to ensure smooth deployment and stabilization

• Prepare training materials, conduct end-user training, and drive system adoption

• 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations (Blueprint to Go-Live) with focus on MM and SD

• Strong hands-on configuration experience in IMG, including purchasing and sales flows

• Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes

• Experience conducting Fit-Gap analysis and translating business requirements into SAP solutions

• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

• Conversational Japanese skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in S/4HANA environments

• Understanding of FI integration points (e.g., Automatic Account Determination)

• Basic debugging skills to analyze and troubleshoot custom developments
