Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
  • Set individual sales objectives, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans.
  • Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and team effectiveness, providing regular reports to management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer and sales information in the system.
  • Conduct sales presentations and support enrollment activities to drive business growth.
  • Coach, train, and develop sales team members through regular feedback and performance reviews.
  • Manage team schedules and oversee completion of required sales training programs.
  • Collaborate with Service, Marketing, Activation, and Operations teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights to support business and marketing strategies.
  • Support recruitment and development of a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the education industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales management or team leadership.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Results-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
