Job description

  • Assist in monitoring daily internal and external email communications via the server.
  • Provide dedicated support for the GM and Director's personal and family-related administrative matters.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and maintain accurate daily and monthly schedules for the GM and Director.
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Assist the GM and Director with daily office operations.
  • Assist in planning trips for GM and Director.
  • Assist in arranging flight bookings and international hotel accommodations for company staff and visiting guests.
  • Overseas travel documentation processes, including visa applications, passport renewals, and arrival reporting (e.g., Form C applications)
  • Maintain, organize, and safeguard sensitive and highly confidential company and personal documents.
  • Execute additional duties and tasks as assigned by the GM, Director, Superior and Administrator.

  • Any Graduated. Must have minimum 1-year in Secretary or office secretary experiences.
  • Must be proficient in English 4-skills and MS Office Skills.

Saturday: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM (Half Day)
