Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in account servicing, marketing, or agency environment.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset.
Interest in marketing, content, and client service.
Experience in a marketing or advertising agency will be an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
