Role Overview
The Senior Account Executive – Sales & Client Management will manage client relationships, drive project-based sales, and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of signage, POSM, and event execution projects. This role suits someone who understands sales + production + execution and can confidently manage clients from inquiry to installation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales, Revenue & Business Growth
- Support and contribute to sales and revenue targets through effective account handling.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project scopes for signage, LED boards, POSM, printing, billboards, and event booths.
- Identify **upselling and cross-selling opportunities** across Diamond Signwork’s services.
- Assist in acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Support sales forecasting and basic performance tracking.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main contact point for assigned clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent service and follow-up.
- Manage client expectations on timelines, costs, and execution scope.
- Represent Diamond Signwork professionally in meetings, site visits, and presentations.
3. Project & Execution Coordination
- Coordinate with design, production, printing, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Support project planning, documentation, and approvals.
- Monitor timelines and proactively flag risks or delays.
- Assist in managing event executions, booths, exhibitions, and special branding setups.
4. Cost Awareness & Profitability Support
- Ensure project scopes and specifications are clearly defined to avoid cost overruns.
- Support cost control through efficient coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
- Assist in identifying cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
5. Supplier & Internal Coordination
- Support communication with suppliers, fabricators, printers, and installers.
- Assist in monitoring supplier performance on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
6. Reporting & Professional Conduct
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly sales/project reports.
- Follow company processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Maintain a professional appearance suitable for client meetings and site work.
- Stay updated on signage materials, production techniques, and branding trends.
