Key Responsibilities
• Handle the company's full set of accounts independently.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Prepare annual financial statements and coordinate external audits.
• Handle all tax matters, including Corporate Income Tax, Commercial Tax, Withholding Tax, and statutory submissions.
• Liaise with auditors, IRD, banks, MIC, government authorities, and external parties.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and accounting schedules.
• Establish and improve internal controls and accounting processes.
• Support payroll administration and other administrative duties when necessary.
• Provide timely financial analysis and recommendations to Management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
