-Prepare accurate monthly,quarterly and annual financial statements.
-Oversee all ledger accounts,ensuring timely reconciliations and accuracy.
-Manage tax fillings,statutory audits and ensure compliance with local regulations.
-Assist in the prepartion of annual budgets and monthly variance analysis.
-Maintain and improve internal accounting procedures to mitigate risk.
-Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance on complex transactions.
-Perform deep-dive financial analysis to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance or a related field.
-ACCA(level 2 or 3) or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
-Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
-Advanced mastery of MS Excel .
-Strong leadership , integrity and the ability to communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
