Main Job Objective

To manage accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, support audits, lead the Finance and Accounting Team, and maintain compliance with tax regulations and company policies.

Job Scope

• Handle full accounting functions for Head Office in Myanmar and foreign branches
• Monitor cash flow, payments, budget control, and payment transfers for local and foreign projects
• Coordinate with international audit teams to support audit processes and ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies
• Ensure accurate account reconciliation, timely closing, and proper financial documentation
• Support the Head of Account in managing daily finance and accounting operations
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis
• Perform other accounting tasks assigned by management

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
• LCCI Level III, ACCA Part I/II, or other relevant accounting qualifications preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience handling multi-country accounting operations is a strong advantage
• Good English communication skills for coordination with international Audit teams.
• Understanding of financial reporting, taxation, audit coordination, (tax laws in Malaysia, Thailand, and Cambodia is a strong advantage)

Performance Monitor

• Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and monthly closing
• Smooth handling of payments and project advance expenses
• Compliance with tax regulations and audit requirements
• Effective coordination with foreign branches and audit teams
