Job Summary
An experienced finance professional is needed to lead accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, strengthen controls, and support business decisions for a growing food and beverage production company in Yangon.

Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily accounting operations, month-end closing, and accurate financial statement preparation.
● Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decisions.
● Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, internal policies, and audit requirements.
● Review payable, receivable, inventory, and cost records to maintain accuracy and control.
● Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
● Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency across the finance team.

● Assist the  Head of Finance : Expat  in daily project activities.

● Coordinate meetings, workshops, and discussions between the Finance Team and Head of Finance /CFO

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification is an advantage.
● Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including team leadership in accounting or finance.
● Strong knowledge of Myanmar tax regulations, financial reporting, and audit procedures.
● Experience in cost control, budgeting, cash flow management, and inventory accounting.
● Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
● Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
● * Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence in English
