A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Record day-to-day accounting transactions, including cash entries, journal entries, general ledger updates, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
  • Calculate and report monthly cash promotions based on customer sales volumes.
  • Review and manage overdue accounts receivable, coordinate with customers for timely payment, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain and update deposit records for agents.
  • Prepare and send consignment inventory reports to relevant managers.
  • Prepare and submit monthly account receivable aging reports to the Finance Manager.
  • Review and verify reports prepared by Assistant Accountants for accuracy.
  • Perform other duties and prepare reports as assigned by the Head of Department.

  • Bachelor in Accounting (B.Com) or any graduated with Diploma in Accounting (LCCI_UK) (or) ACCA Part-I.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably in the trading or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software or experience with ERP systems is preferred.
  • ood personality with strong communication skills across departments. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
