  • Assist the team in correspondence and communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Conduct research on Chinese market trends and terminology specific to real estate.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all translations and interpretations.
  • Translate and interpret industry-related content, such as market reports or news, to support team decision-making.
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet translation needs and deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, or Certificate in HSK 5 or HSK 6.
  • Minimum (3) years of professional translation experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
