Acts as a local control tower for daily logistics operations and serves as a reporting hub between shippers, overseas offices, and management.
Responsible for execution support and information coordination only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with shippers regarding shipment status and updates
  • Monitor flight schedules and confirm arrivals
  • Handle pre-alert documentation and coordinate deliveries
  • Receive customer claims as the first contact point only (no decision-making)
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly operation reports
  • Maintain internal records and operation logs
