This position will be hired as Senior Content  Writer

• Craft engaging content tailored to various channels such as blogs, social media, print, web, email campaigns, podcasts, video scripts, press releases, and more.
• Ensure all communications align with and enhance the brand's voice, style, and messaging guidelines across different mediums.
• Work closely with teams from marketing, design, PR, and product to ensure a unified message across all platforms.
• Review, edit, and refine content across all channels for clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.
• Contribute to multi-channel content strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior writers, fostering their growth in understanding and writing for various communication channels.
• Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices related to multi-channel content creation.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, journalism, communications, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of professional writing experience, with a focus on content creation. Experience in a senior or lead content writer role is often preferred.
• A strong portfolio of published writing samples across various formats (blogs, articles, web content, marketing collateral, etc.) showcasing your ability to write for different audiences and industries.
• Proficiency in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to the target audience.
• Strong storytelling and creative writing skills.
• Knowledge of content strategy and the ability to align content with business goals and target audience needs.
• Experience in creating content calendars and plans.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure content is error-free and polished.
• Ability to conduct thorough research on various topics to produce accurate and informative content.
• Ability to adapt writing style and tone to different brands and target audiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with team members or clients.
• Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to the table for content creation and strategy.
• Understanding of content analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure the performance of content and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
