1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Plan, organize, and manage M&E works including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, and technical documents before execution.
• Prepare work schedules and monitor project progress to meet deadlines.

2. Site Supervision

• Supervise M&E installation works at site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other engineering teams to avoid clashes and delays.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site promptly.

3. Technical & Design Support

• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to site engineers and technicians.
• Ensure design changes are properly coordinated and approved.

4. Quality Control, Testing & Commissioning

• Ensure all M&E works comply with quality standards and project requirements.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are completed on time.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients on M&E matters.
• Attend project and site meetings and provide technical input.
• Support procurement and installation of M&E materials and equipment.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all M&E works comply with company HSE policies and statutory regulations.
• Identify safety risks and implement preventive measures on site.

7. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for drawings, inspections, approvals, and test records.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in M&E works within construction projects.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, or industrial projects is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, standards, and construction practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and related engineering software.
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
