Develop creative concepts and visual designs for branding, marketing, advertising, and digital campaigns.
Create high-quality artwork for social media, campaigns, promotions, events, and other marketing materials.
Develop and maintain brand identity and ensure visual consistency across all communication materials.
Work closely with the Marketing, Creative, and relevant Business Unit teams to understand project requirements.
Manage multiple design projects from concept to final artwork while meeting deadlines.
Create layouts, typography, color schemes, and visual compositions aligned with brand guidelines.
Prepare designs for both digital and print production.
Review and improve existing creative materials to maintain professional visual standards.
Stay updated with current design trends, creative tools, and industry developments.
Support and guide junior designers when required and contribute to the overall creative direction.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in Creative/Advertising/Branding agencies.
Strong knowledge of Brand Identity & Visual Communication.
Excellent creative thinking and concept development skills.
Strong understanding of Typography, Layout, Color & Composition.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other creative tools is a plus.
Strong portfolio with relevant creative and branding projects.
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
