- Lead the creation of Key Visuals (KV) and design concepts for major branding and marketing campaigns.

- Develop creative layouts for digital and print platforms.

- Produce high-quality visual assets aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives.

- Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive branding systems, including: Logos, Typography, Color palettes, Brand guidelines

- Review and critique design work to ensure it meets company quality standards.

- Provide technical and creative direction to junior designers.

- Establish and maintain internal design guidelines and workflows
 

Technical Skills:

- Adobe Illustrator

- Adobe Photoshop

- Basic working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (preferred).

Solid understanding of:

- Graphic design principles

- Layout composition

- Color theory

- Typography

- Branding systems

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional design experience (preferably in agency or brand environment)
• Bachelor’s degree, Visual Communication, or related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of branding, digital, and campaign work
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus)
• Excellent sense of Creative Digital Social Posts layout, color, and typography
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Passion for storytelling through motion and visual design.
