  • Design Concept & Planning:
  • Able to create and present space planning, concept designs, and mood boards based on the client’s requirements.
  • Drawings & Visuals:
  • Able to accurately and neatly produce 2D layouts, detailed drawings, and high-quality 3D perspectives.
  • Material Selection:
  • Able to select and calculate appropriate furniture, finishes, and materials (material specifications) that align with the design concept.
  • Team Management:
  • Able to lead junior designers and manage the team to ensure project completion according to the planned timeline.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in construction or design-build environments
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and building codes
  • Creative problem-solving ability and attention to detail
