To lead the creative design process for interior decoration projects, from concept to execution, ensuring innovative, functional, and high-quality design solutions that meet client expectations and company standards.

• Design & Creativity

Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Prepare and review mood boards, material boards, and presentations for client approval.

Translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Ensure design originality while aligning with project budget and timelines.

• Project Coordination

Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed correctly.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.

Prepare and review detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications.

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for material selection and finishing.

• Client Management

Lead client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.

Provide expert guidance to clients on design trends, materials, and cost-effective solutions.

Handle design revisions and ensure client satisfaction.

• Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor junior designers and draftsmen.

Review and approve design outputs before submission.

Provide training, feedback, and professional guidance to team members.

📌Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

5–8 years of professional experience in interior design (fit-out, decorations, and turnkey projects).

Strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, and/or hospitality design.

Experience in leading design projects from concept to completion.
