About the job

• To initiate purchase orders based on Sales team’s requests and obtain necessary approvals from the Finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance
• To follow up purchase order progress, verify required delivery dates, and coordinate with suppliers and the Sales team to ensure timely receipt of goods
• To assist in license application process in order to smooth operational flow
• To handle all necessary SAP transactions, maintain and update data related to stock list / inventory, shipment,freight, and purchase order status to ensure accurate record-keeping and report to the superior
• To monitor shipping arrangement and ensure documentation to facilitate the custom clearance process in order to receive the shipment timely
• To handle courier shipment process properly and record all shipping data and freight cost of courier shipmen
• To assist in preparation the required documents for ISO auditing assessment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Logistics Manager or Logistics Manager, as required.

• Any Graduate/Fresh Graduate, Preferably Diploma in Logistics Management.
• Preferred 1 year in experience at logistics management, including proficiency in regulatory compliance & supply chain optimization.
• Knowledge in logistics software and technologies essential for optimizing operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Driving logistics teams towards operational excellence.
