Job Summary

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for planning and managing delivery routes using Odoo software. This includes assigning delivery jobs to company drivers, coordinating with truck rental providers, and ensuring timely and efficient dispatches. The role requires strong software skills, knowledge of Yangon/Mandalay city routes, and the ability to manage delivery networks effectively.

Route Planning and Dispatch via Odoo

• Create and assign delivery plans through Odoo system.
• Track and monitor delivery progress, resolving delays or issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with warehouse team for accurate and prioritized dispatches

Driver and Vehicle Coordination

• Allocate jobs to in-house delivery personnel.
• Maintain contact database of truck rental providers and negotiate when external logistics are needed.
• Ensure fleet availability and timely movement of goods.

System Use and Recordkeeping

• Maintain accurate records of delivery logs in Odoo.
• Support training of delivery staff on digital job assignment tools.
• Ensure all delivery documentation is recorded and stored systematically.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.

• Minimum (2) years experience in logistics coordination or delivery planning.

• Prior experience using Odoo or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.

• Deep familiarity with Yangon / Mandalay city areas and delivery route planning.
