Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop chassis, frames, mounting structures, enclosures, and mechanical assemblies.

• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks based on engineering requirements and design concepts and calculations

• Prepare manufacturing drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and material specifications, coordinate with the production engineer.
• Produce fabrication drawings and maintain engineering documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repair, overhaul, removal, replacement and installation of vehicle systems and components.
• Conduct inspection, troubleshooting and rectification of mechanical defects.
• To comply with ISO9001 standards and/or other relevant Quality Standard.

Qualifications & Experiences Level

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design, product development, automation, vehicle systems, or related industries.
• Experience performing maintenance, overhaul, repair and servicing of diesel engines, hydraulic systems and vehicle assemblies.
• Experienced in using ERP system for maintaining and update of BOM. Handle any design changes.
• Good relationships internally and externally
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
• Project management skills
• Excellent attention to detail skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Working beyond office hours when the need arises.
