• Maintaining HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, and Sanitary systems.
• Site Supervision and supervising subcontractors.
• Checking and verifying Bills of Quantities (BQ) and drawings.
• Submitting Project Progress Reports.
• Preparing Quantity Take-offs and BOQs for the tendering phase of M&E projects.
• Calculating cost estimations and preparing tender documents.

• Must hold a B.E. degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Must have 2 to 5 years of experience in M&E projects.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Must possess strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to travel to project sites occasionally.
