Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Operations Executive to oversee port and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cargo handling processes, coordinating transportation and warehouse delivery, and ensuring smooth operational flow from vessel arrival to customer handover.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend Yangon port sites upon vessel arrival to supervise and support operational activities.

• Prepare accurate cargo documentation, including loading lists, damage reports, and delivery records.

• Coordinate the loading of cargo onto trucks and ensure timely delivery to customer warehouses.

• Monitor cargo conditions and report any discrepancies or damages in a timely manner.

• Maintain detailed records and reports related to cargo movement and logistics operations.

• Collaborate with internal teams, port authorities, and external logistics partners to ensure efficient operations.


• Bachelor’s Degree required.


• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or operations preferred.

• Strong organizational and reporting skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Prior experience in port or logistics operations will be considered an advantage.
