• Manage the day-to-day operation of guest journeys, ensuring all ground services are correctly booked, confirmed and delivered to Sampan’s high standards. Coordinate with Sampan’s guides, drivers and other suppliers to ensure our guests have a great experience.
• Maintain good working relationships with Sampan’s key suppliers and support supplier relationship management. Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, rates, product information, photographs and other operational data.
• Support the supplier contracting and review process, ensuring current contracts, rates, licences and relevant documentation are maintained. Monitor supplier performance, pricing and service standards.
• Support the maintenance of Sampan’s security and emergency preparedness. Keep up to date with government, tourism and industry regulations affecting Sampan’s operations and report relevant changes to management.
• Provide broad and detailed information and destination/supplier knowledge to the Sales & Consultancy team.
• Follow company procedures and standards to ensure productivity and accuracy, support
• Ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by Management

• Fluency in written and spoken Burmese and English.
• Experience working in operations of logistics.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Ambition, energy, determination & strong work ethic.
• Preferred: background in travel and tourism.
