Job Purpose:Effectively and efficiently managing the Nationwide KBZPay Centers while retaining consistent quality Centre managers and staff to make sure seamless daily operation of all those Nationwide KBZPay Centers by monitoring all KBZPay Centers to adhere with ultimate standard procedures and processes.

• Responsible for day to day operations of KBZPay Centers including.
• Ensure that all services provided at the centers adhere to center policies and guidelines.
• Ensure that exceptional customer services are delivered at all times
• Achieve sales and service KPIs
• Develop and administer programs to train, coach and motivate center staff (regular basis)
• Optimal staffing at each center at all times
• Ensure that each centre strictly adheres to OFR (Operational Facility Manual) guidelines
• Identify and establish internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Implement loss/risk prevention.
• Lead team to implement change if necessary
• Manage and implement business continuity plans depending upon environmental situation.

• Recognized degree (preferably in Business Management, Business Administration, Operation Management)
• Minimum 5 to 8 years in Management Level
•  Experience in Distribution and retail Management
• Good command in English for both verbal and written
• Good leadership and management skill
• Be able to work under pressure and tight timeline
• Result oriented
