System Management: Maintain accurate records in the order management system (SAP) and ensure data integrity.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in the order processing workflow and suggest enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance and training to junior order processors to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Reporting: Generate reports on order fulfillment metrics, backorders, and customer complaints records for management review.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in order processing, sales operations, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of order management software. (SAP)

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills for liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
