Title: Senior Sales & Solutions Associate

Reports to: Sales & Solutions Operations Manager

Location: Flymya Head Office In Yangon

Salaryband range: 1a + 0 steps - 1c + 6 steps

Schedule: 5 day shifts within a one week period (Monday through Sunday)

Sales & Solutions Associate is responsible for dealing with suppliers - Hotels and related products. He/she has to initiate the conversation with customers for onboarding/first time purchase of our products. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are a vital part of Flymya’s sales process.

 

Responsibilities

• Communicating with suppliers such as Hotels, Car Rental, CIP Lounge, Visa,  and Balloon to get for booking process

• Data entry for handling and processing the rates in CRM

• Customer engagement call for motivation sales and reactivation

• Resolving customer complaints in person or via phone and mail 

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are also welcome with no prior related experience

• Excellent communication, social selling, active listening and representation skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Require customer service skills and proficiency working on computer

• Experience with hotels and tourism (inbound and outbound) is preferenti
