  • Perform major repairs, maintenance and overhaul of tractors and agricultural equipment.
  • Lead and supervise Junior Technicians
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers
  • Prepare service reports, maintenance records and technical documentation
  • Maintain workshop tools, diagnostic equipment and service facilities

  • 3+ years of work experience in a similar position
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, service bulletins and parts catalogs
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and effective technical communication
  • Must be able to drive and hold a valid driving license
  • Required to travel regularly to customer locations, farms, dealer networks and company branches (The whole Myanmar)
