This position will be directly reporting to the Head of Training.

Responsible to –

• develop and implement training plans, including creating curricula, selecting instructors, conducting effective training, and providing feedback for training materials for update/revision.
• lead and execute needs assessment for training and development.
• manage all activities and responsibilities for the development, execution, and on-going maintenance of training.
• work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistency of procedures.
• evaluate training programs to ensure they comply with legal requirements, industry rule, and company standard.
• conduct research on new training methodologies and technologies to determine their potential applications in the workplace.
• participate actively as a team member and often as subject matter expert in the design and development of new and maintenance of existing product learning curricula.

• train or mentor new or less experienced designer/talent developers or technical resources and provides on-going guidance and support.
• serve as a point of contact for training requests, distribution of workflow within department, and communications with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• perform duties other than those set out above depending on the circumstances as required.

• Master’s degree holder (Business Administration / Management or business-related discipline) and training related certificate. 
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in teaching and 5 years’ experience in assistant manager/manger role (Prefer from Financial Institution)
• Strong knowledge of effective adult learning principles and leverages in facilitation.
• Confident and comfortable communicator with written and verbal communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Ability to work at demanding environment (Weekends and Late night)
• Proficiency with MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams) and Zoom.
