Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers’ repair & maintenance requirement including but not limited to body repair, electrical, mechanical repairs, paint works, etc.
  • Provide quotation & issue job order to workshop repair team.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between customers and the workshop
  • Coordinate repair job, parts availability, parts ordering
  • Liaise with other departments in ensuring that customers' needs are met (On time delivery, customer treatment, quality of repair, reasonable cost etc.)
  • Enhance customers satisfaction by ensuring the vehicle is repaired according to customers requirement.
  • Generate invoice, arrange customers vehicle collections, payment collections.
  • Assist in accident reporting when required, handle surveys.
  • Handle customer feedback

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • At least 2 years of related working experience in Workshop Service Centres
  • Experience in handling customers in repair workshops
  • Good communication & customers service skills
  • Ability to bring in business & keep customers happy
  • Strong technical knowledge in commercial vehicle, (Bus/trucks)
  • Minimum ITE/ Diploma in automotive or mechanical engineering is advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
