We are seeking an experienced Showroom Supervisor to oversee daily showroom operations, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets

- Provide professional advice on paint products, colour selection, and applications

- Maintain attractive showroom product displays and cleanliness

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse for replenishment

- Train staff on product knowledge, colour systems, and customer service

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

- Minimum 2–3 years supervisor experience in retail, paint, hardware, or building materials showroom

- Strong sales and leadership skills

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Basic computer and POS system knowledge

- Knowledge of paint products or construction materials is an advantage
