  • Oversee the detail design and assure works are according to design specification
  • Assure the quality and workmanship to meet company standard
  • Coordinate with sub-contractor
  • To monitor project activities are within pre-specified budget and Dead Line
  • Daily Report to related superior
  • Control safety and housekeeping of contractors
  • Consults to select materials, furnishings, and decoration
  • Oversees the installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements
  • Ensures client satisfaction; resolves any complaints or concerns
  • Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • B.E/ B.Tech (Civil)
  • Interior design certification highly preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in interior decoration and construction projects
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge in Civil, M&E, furniture decoration, materials and inventory control
  • Motivation, self-confident and take responsibilities
  • Strong coordination and communicate between sub-cons, interior designers and clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite or related software
