• Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the project site.

• Ensure all construction work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety regulations.

• Lead and guide site engineers and technical staff on site.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.

• Review construction drawings including architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and proper workmanship.

• Identify technical problems on site and provide engineering solutions.

• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Ensure proper material usage and monitor material delivery and storage.

• Coordinate inspection and approval with consultants and relevant authorities.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and construction standards.

• At least 8 years of working experience in construction industry background
• Must have bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineering
• knowledgeable of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design
• Proficient in the use of computer aided design (CAD) software and Microsoft Office.
• Must have business level in English Language
• Enable to travel to other cities especially in rural area due to project location
